Guard UI dependencies of AppSpawnLiteTest The lite appspawn executable guards its ace/ui/graphic dependencies with ability_lite_enable_ohos_appexecfwk_feature_ability, but the AppSpawnLiteTest target lists them unconditionally, which breaks debug builds of products without the ArkUI lite stack. Apply the same guard (and import the aafwk config that defines it).
