| feat: integrate @ionic-native/in-app-browser plugin for OHOS
- hionic plugin add @ionic-native/in-app-browser
- Add InAppBrowser demo in App.jsx (open webpages inside app)
- Add InAppBrowser preferences to config.xml
- Fix native code location: copy C++/ETS from oh-plugins to capacitor/
- Update capacitor CMakeLists.txt to compile InAppBrowser.cpp
- Update BLOG_PLUGIN.md with InAppBrowser section and plugin type comparison
