xc5	arch: add noinstrument_function to up_irq_save/restore Add noinstrument_function attribute to up_irq_save and up_irq_restore functions across all architectures that were missing it. These functions are called in the instrument callback path and must not be instrumented to avoid infinite recursion when CONFIG_ARCH_INSTRUMENT_ALL is enabled.
