服务集群缩容 worker 节点（如 192.168.201.99），节点 OS 为 yum/dnf 系。

问题简述/ Brief Description

节点 Reset 的 SourceClean 调用 RepoUpdate 执行 yum clean all + 无超时的 yum makecache，在慢源环境下可达约 9–11 分钟，超过管理面 DefaultWaitTimeout（5 分钟），导致 Reset 被判定失败并 delete directly，进而跳过 Shutdown。

问题详情&复现步骤 / Details & Reproduction Steps

1. 缩容/删除 worker，管理面下发 Reset Command。
2. Agent 清理到 SourceClean：ResetSource 后执行 RepoUpdate。
3. 节点上 yum makecache 长时间阻塞（实测约 11 分钟）；yum clean all 为秒级。
4. 管理面约 5 分钟后日志：failed to wait for reset command to be completed, delete directly，不下发 Shutdown。

根因：utils/bkeagent/httprepo.RepoUpdate 与 bkeadm 已优化的 syscompat.RepoUpdate 不一致。

期望结果/ Expected Results

RepoUpdate 与 bkeadm 对齐：有界超时、makecache --timer + skip_if_unavailable/fastestmirror、失败 best-effort，不拖死 Reset / 不误跳过后续 Shutdown。

实际结果/Actual Results

SourceClean 卡住数分钟至十余分钟，Reset 等待超时后直接删除，节点上 bkeagent 可能仍在运行。
