Move disk verification memory usage limit check to virt-launcher With virt-handler no longer sending disk info, the verification can also be handled in virt-launcher. The verification will be done through bash and ulimit instead of the virt-chroot binary to avoid adding the binary to the virt-launcher image and remove redundant code from virt-chroot in a follow-up commit.
