metrics.go	tests/infra/prometheus: refactor metrics tests to use MetricsFetcher This commit removes the collectMetrics lambda and introduces a new function in libmonitoring.GetMetrics to leverage the MetricsFetcher interface. With this refactoring, metrics are now collected in a more structured way, using a map from metric name to a slice of MetricResult structs, which improves clarity and consistency in our tests.
