[train] Simplify ray.train.xgboost/lightgbm (6/n): Add core xgb/lgbm trainer release tests (#43693) Adds a LightGBMTrainer release test that is the counterpart to the existing air_benchmark_xgboost_cpu_10 release test. Previously, LightGBMTrainer had no coverage in any release tests. [tune] Improve excessive syncing warning and make some deprecations (#45210) Make the "Experiment state snapshotting has been triggered multiple..." warning message is less confusing, and remove the false positive log at the end of every run.
