【缺陷】拉取 obs index.yaml 异常导致无法获取 fuyao 版本，进而无法拉起新集群 #285

在线部署拉取版本文件异常，导致无法拉起新集群。

问题详情&复现步骤 / Details & Reproduction Steps

如图所示，拉起新集群时发现无法获取可部署的版本：

排查 pod 发现报错日志：

第一次尝试，无法获取文件报错：

2026-08-24T02:07:45.667Z        ERROR   clustermanage/handler.go:309    get openFuyao versions err: failed to fetch index.yaml: error unmarshaling JSON: while decoding JSON: json: cannot unmarshal object into Go value of type installer.RemotePatchIndexResponse

修复文件后尝试，怀疑文件内容有问题：

早些时候发现这个资源不存在 https://openfuyao.obs.cn-north-4.myhuaweicloud.com/openFuyao/version-config/latest/index.yaml ，跟 fuyao 的老师反馈后找到了文件，但是似乎内容不太对：

openFuyaoVersion: latest
filePath: ./Core-VersionConfig-latest.yaml

依然无法拉起集群。

可以正常拉起。

实际结果/Actual Results

无法正常拉起。

补充：建议监控某些关键 s3 资源 url , 避免关键资源缺失导致新装集群无法正常部署，影响交付和部署成功率。

已修复，群里反馈后发现是格式问题，经fuyao伙伴修复后恢复正常
