- Evaluation: Known Volcano, that's interesting; evaluating the features/scopes of Volcano
- Testing: Take Volcano as one of candidates, testing Kubernetes cluster with Volcano
- Staging: Decide to use Volcano, testing it in pre-product environment
- Production: Already put Volcano into product environment
