🐞 Detailed Description of the Problem
WriteFileTool/EditFileTool/BashTool/PowerShellTool wrote .agent_history/file_ops_{agent_id}_{session_id}.json under get_workspace() or get_cwd() — i.e. inside the user's project directory. This is unnecessary pollution of the user's code execution environment: the history files show up in directory listings/git status, and worse, they can get picked up by later tool calls (directory listing, search) and fed into the model's context, distracting it with irrelevant history data instead of the actual task. Fixed in 06452ec4 by adding get_agent_history_root() (openjiuwen/core/sys_operation/cwd.py), which anchors .agent_history to jiuwenswarm's system data dir (JIUWENSWARM_DATA_DIR, falling back to ~/.jiuwenswarm) instead of the project workspace/cwd.
