PR功能描述 / 为什么需要这个合入:
storage仓已修复RAID卡升级无固件类型信息的缺陷并重新发布 1.110.27 包（recipe #66e2970c）。本PR同步更新 manifest 仓 build/sdk/openubmc_sdk.lock 中 storage 的引用hash，使SDK构建拉取到包含该修复的storage包。
修改方案:
仅更新 build/sdk/openubmc_sdk.lock 中 storage 条目的recipe hash与时间戳，版本号保持 1.110.27 不变。
验证方案:
lock文件为单行引用更新，格式与既有条目一致；由依赖校验流水线校验包可解析。
测试建议:
验证raid卡和硬盘 本地固件仓场景升级
自验证报告:
打包带固件版本的hpm包后勾选本地固件仓升级
