1、actrailctl 错误信息不用户友好
现象: daemon 未运行时输出 control command failed: transport: No such file or directory (os error 2)，而非 daemon not running / connection refused
多种错误场景（daemon未运行、端口占用、配置缺失、patch不存在、无效request-id）的stderr不包含预期的用户友好错误信息，而是输出原始OS错误或无意义的错误文本
影响: 用户难以理解错误原因
2、actraild.log 不包含 "daemon started"/"daemon stopped" 关键字
现象: actraild.log 中没有 "daemon started" 或 "daemon stopped" 关键字，测试无法通过日志确认daemon生命周期
影响: 日志可观测性不足，无法通过日志确认daemon启停。且日志没有时间戳。
