1、actraild start 不自动清理 stale PID file、stale control.sock; remove it explicitly 且不自动清理
现象: actraild 进程被 kill -9 或崩溃后，/run/actrail/actraild.pid 残留，/run/actrail/control.sock 残留。后续 actraild start 报错 stale pid file /run/actrail/actraild.pid points to non-running pid
影响: daemon 异常退出后无法直接重启，需手动清理 PID 文件
2、control.sock 权限为 srw-rw---- (660) 而非 srw------- (600)
现象: /run/actrail/control.sock 的权限为 srw-rw---- (660)，group 可读写。安全敏感的控制套接字应仅限 owner (root) 读写
影响: 同 group 的非 root 用户可能通过 control.sock 发送控制命令，存在权限提升风险
