现象: actrailctl list-traces --root-pid 在 trace 处于 Active 状态时仍返回空。--name、--trace-id、--tag-selector 过滤均正常工作，唯独 --root-pid 无效。无论使用 list-traces 输出中的宿主 pid >还是 actrailviewer 中的 ROOT_PROCESS 值，均无返回。
复现: actrailctl launch --name t --tag x -- opencode run "请用Bash工具执行 sleep 60" 后台运行；actrailctl list-traces 显示 trace-2 t pid=163834 ... Active/Clean；actrailctl list-traces --root-pid 163834 返回空
