store.go	refactor(sandbox): centralize lifecycle management Move sandbox state, leases, rollback, and lifecycle events into Manager. Keep template selection and registration in Service, and remove duplicate startup content validation. Consolidate boot specifications, cold and restore launch paths, and Manager tests.
