CMakeLists.txt	feat(dds): integrate Humble minimal SDK provider Add an explicit DDS provider matrix for system packages, the Humble ROS2 minimal SDK, and the existing Fast DDS 3 source-build lane. The minimal SDK path authenticates exact Fast DDS 2.6.12, Fast CDR 1.0.29, and foonathan_memory 0.7.1 packages without /opt/ros fallback, while cross ROSIDL builds reconstruct imported targets from the selected target prefix and enforce prefix containment plus AArch64 ELF checks. Add the together-ros2-minimal-sdk preset, provider-aware IDL generation, installed-config ABI fixation, and documentation/OpenCode guidance so downstream users can diagnose and build with one coherent DDS ABI. Preserve unrelated fixture and roadmap changes outside this commit. Validation: OHOS SDK18 configure/build produced libibmw_dds_transport.so with the Humble minimal SDK provider.	7 天前
