What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR contain changes which introduces features required for supporting golang binaries in llvm-bolt.

• ARM64 mapping symbols ($x/$d)
• Flag for disabling jump tables for arm64/amd64
• Fix for correct amd86 systemstack_switch prologue (for correct disassembly in llvm-bolt)
• Usage of common version of crypto/boring on amd64 to avoid issues in llvm-bolt
• Function alignment to 32-byte
• Changes for running golang tests as llvm-bolt CI (preserving original tests behavior)
