【特性描述】
./jarvis -d 命令在下载完软件后，会自动下载内置测试用例，某些测试用例数据量大，下载及其耗时，严重影响软件安装使用进度和使用体验。
内置测试用例大部分用户不需要，希望可以将测试用例下载和运行单独设置命令，提升用户体验。
以Gromacs为例，下载软件仅需十几秒，下载测试用例需要1个多小时，导致这期间无法运行软件。
