fs: add CONFIG_BUFFER_HEAD Add a new config option that controls building the buffer_head code, and select it from all file systems and stacking drivers that need it. For the block device nodes and alternative iomap based buffered I/O path is provided when buffer_head support is not enabled, and iomap needs a a small tweak to define the IOMAP_F_BUFFER_HEAD flag to 0 to not call into the buffer_head code when it doesn't exist. Otherwise this is just Kconfig and ifdef changes. kernfs: convert to ctime accessor functions In later patches, we're going to change how the inode's ctime field is used. Switch to using accessor functions instead of raw accesses of inode->i_ctime. minix: Add required sanity checking to minix_check_superblock() stable inclusion from stable-v6.6.128 commit 2bb588cede1c1969e49c0a2822c8cb8b346b7682 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://atomgit.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/ Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=2bb588cede1c1969e49c0a2822c8cb8b346b7682 -------------------------------- commit 2bb588cede1c1969e49c0a2822c8cb8b346b7682 upstream. [ Upstream commit 8c97a6ddc95690a938ded44b4e3202f03f15078c ] The fs/minix implementation of the minix filesystem does not currently support any other value for s_log_zone_size than 0. This is also the only value supported in util-linux; see mkfs.minix.c line 511. In addition, this patch adds some sanity checking for the other minix superblock fields, and moves the minix_blocks_needed() checks for the zmap and imap also to minix_check_super_block(). This also closes a related syzbot bug report. fs/minix: remove expected error message in block_to_path() When truncating a file to a size within the last allowed logical block, block_to_path() is called with the *next* block. This exceeds the limit, causing the "block %ld too big" error message to be printed. This case isn't actually an error; there are just no more blocks past that point. So, remove this error message.
