【特性说明】
riscv架构下增加libvirt的如下配置支持：

  <features>
    <aia value="aplic-imsic"/>
  </features>

其中aia可配置为：none,aplic,aplic-imsic

【验证方法】
当前此种配置启动虚拟机报错：
[root@localhost vms]# virsh create rv.xml
error: Failed to create domain from rv.xml
error: unsupported configuration: unexpected feature 'aia'
