task_executor.cpp	chore: remove Huawei copyright and references - Remove all 'Copyright (c) Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.' lines from source file headers; keep the Mulan PSL v2 license text intact. - Replace MODULE_AUTHOR('Huawei Tech. Co., Ltd.') with 'openEuler'. - Update RPM spec files: Vendor -> openEuler Community, URL -> openEuler, remove 'Huawei' prefix from Summary fields. - Rename CMake variable HUAWEI_SECURE_BUILD_FLAGS -> SECURE_BUILD_FLAGS. - Remove personal @huawei.com author lines from test mock headers. - Update doc references from Huawei to openEuler.
