system_function_controller	refactor(scheduler): remove unused routeCache field Remove the unused routeCache field from SchedulerManager. This field was added earlier but never populated or used. The C++ runtime's MemoryStore is the single source of truth for routing metadata, and auto-enrichment in KillAsync handles routing lookups.
