【实现内容】:
修复lower_case_table_names导致升级失败的问题
【根因分析】:
升级过程中报上述错误，原因是b库参数lower_case_table_names默认值改为0后，标识符保留了大小写。但是function table的场景存在bug，别名没有对应适配，仍然被转成小写，导致匹配不到。
【实现方案】:
适配function table场景；另外升级脚本中存在大量大写的系统表表名，参数为0后无法正确找到表，因此控制升级过程中参数不生效。
