【实现内容】:修复增量迁移增加断点续传功能后性能达不到3wtps
【根因分析】:在发送断点消息到kafka时，性能影响较大
【实现方案】: 在发送断点消息到kafka时，虽改为异步发送，但是在发送时对某批次数据返回值逐一进行检查，对性能影响很大，优化这部分逻辑
