任务背景与目标
在 MySQL 8.0 客户端未启用 SSL 连接且使用默认 caching_sha2_password 认证模式时，补充 Dolphin 插件对 0x02 (REQUEST_PUBLIC_KEY) 控制报文的响应与 RSA-OAEP 密文解密机制，支持密码缓存主动预热，确保冷启动与 c3p0 等企业级连接池稳定接入。
