对应开源实习任务：[开源实习] openGauss B库B协议适配MySQL python orm框架 Django #34（20 分）。
背景与目标
openGauss 通过 dolphin 插件提供 MySQL 协议兼容。本 PR 新增 Django + PyMySQL 示例工程，验证经 dolphin 连接 openGauss B 兼容模式数据库的 ORM CRUD。
