【需求背景】
有些开发需求PR提交时没有按照开发自验报告要求提供自验结果截图，PR检视人可能忽视这些问题，导致问题在测试验收阶段才发现，浪费大家的资源投入。
【需求描述】
按照以下PR提交模板设置必选项内容，必选项需经过确认后方可提交PR。
说明：以下所列内容均为必填项，包括【标题】【实现内容】【根因分析】【实现方案】【关联需求或issue】【开发自验报告】，如果未补充对应内容，不允许提交pr；
其中【开发自验报告】下的6个自验问题，提供是/否涉及选项，如选否，可忽略此项，若选是，则必须提供对应的内容，否则不允许提交pr。
