opengauss扩容，扩容成功，新服务器连接失败，查看状态显示Standby Need repair(Disconnected)

操作步骤
step1. 编辑xml文件，增加新的服务器信息
step2.执行./gs_expansion -U 用户 -G 用户 -X xml地址 -h 新服务器地址
预期输出
扩容成功 连接正常
实际输出
扩容成功 新服务器连接失败，查看状态显示Standby Need repair(Disconnected)
