fix: refine RECORD field EXPLAIN regression coverage
【实现内容】：
修复对应的回归测试：将 ruleutils_record 从 parallel_schedule 和 parallel_schedule0 移至 parallel_schedule0C，并增加 EXPLAIN PERFORMANCE 场景。
【根因分析】：
原回归用例放在通用 parallel_schedule 和 parallel_schedule0 尾部，不符合当前回归测试分组要求；同时只覆盖 EXPLAIN VERBOSE，未覆盖 EXPLAIN PERFORMANCE 执行路径。
