1、实例监控插件：
完善核心性能指标与上钻下探关联分析
支持等待事件监控分析与Top SQL监控
支持会话监控与分析
2、SQL诊断插件：
新增历史数据诊断功能，支持不优SQL识别、CPU资源分析、等待事件分析、锁分析
3、告警通知插件：
支持监控告警、查看告警内容，支持配置通知渠道
