| feat: CodeGenie migration and enhancements
- Migrate HarmonyOS tools and brand from opencode to codegenie
- Add OAuth auth, token refresh, analytics telemetry
- Add privacy command, feedback command, Explore agent
- Remove unused skills, README translations, specs, and videos
- Fix various bugs and improve build scripts
