exit.tsx	fix(tui): clear alternate screen on enter and erase exit banner rows Clear the terminal when starting the TUI so stale logo frames do not persist in reused alternate-screen buffers. kv.tsx	fix(kv): reduce Flock stale timeout and clean up stale lock on startup The KV provider used Flock.withLock with the default 60s staleness timeout. On Windows, when the process exits via Ctrl+C, the lock directory is sometimes not cleaned up because bun CTRL_C_EVENT handling may kill the process before async cleanup runs. The next process then blocks for 54s waiting for the stale lock to expire. Changes: - Reduce staleMs from 60s to 3s for the KV read lock - Before acquiring the lock, check the heartbeat file mtime and delete the lock directory if stale (>30s old) - All lock lifecycle management stays in kv.tsx Signed-off-by: lizhuohang <lizhuohang911@126.com>	6 天前
