chrome_content_utility_client.h	Force avatar and wallpaper decoding to use robust JPEG. The next step in an upcoming CL will bind this separate path to a different JPEG library (at a minimum on CrOS). profile_import_handler.cc	Disable uses of ProfileImportProcess on Android. This is part of the unit_tests linking effort on Android. This moves the profile import-related code excluded on Android to its own class.
