Remove PPAPI dependency on 'net'. This is needed to complete the port of the PPAPI proxy plugin-side to NaCl. This replaces usages in ppapi of types in 'net' with simpler base types (eg. instead of IPEndPoint, use a std::vector<unsigned char> address and an int port). Also, this removes some static methods in net_address_private_impl.* that are hardly used, and removes the ppapi::NetAddressList typedef, using std::vector<PP_NetAddress_Private> instead. Move the charset inteface to "trusted" (we can't implement this efficiently in NaCl) and modify to no longer require the memory interface. This keeps the old interface and implements it in terms of the newer one. We can remove it when all callers have been updated. PPAPI: Make blocking completion callbacks work. This also makes scoped_refptr<TrackedCallback> the "new" way to pass completion callbacks in an API. This allows the Enter object to handle checking for blocking callbacks on the main thread to report error, and blocking if on the background thread. This way, interfaces don't have to write any special cases for blocking callbacks. When built with enable_pepper_threading=1 locally, URLLoader tests all pass for blocking completion callbacks. I haven't updated all tests yet. This adds the following to functions to the ppapi TCPSocket interface: 1) GetServer certificate, which returns the server X509Certificate if an SSL connection has been established. 2) AddChainBuilding certificate. This is currently unimplemented in Chrome but the interface and plumbing has been added so it can easily be hooked up. This should add a trusted/untrusted chain building certificate to be used by the client for a particular connection when performing the SSL handshake.
