Remove d3dcompiler_old.dll references d3dcompiler_old.dll was retained for compatibility with Windows 7 but can now be removed. It will be missing from future toolchain packages and we no longer need code to handle it. This also updates a doc page to change python to python3. Overlay: Support globbing Makes it less tedious to specify multiple widgets. In particular, it also makes it possible to select many widgets on Android through adb shell setprop debug.angle.overlay which has a hard limit of 92 characters for the property. Use the chrome plugin in select Angle build recipes Turn on the chrome plugin for use in future CLs so that additional checks may be someday performed against this code base. This CL should not affect any generated code or produce additional warnings. To do so, remove find_bad_constructs as code was not compliant, just not subject to the plugin. Add OVR_multiview_multisampled_render_to_texture entry points This changes adds the entry point functions declared under OVR_multiview_multisampled_render_to_texture extension. The validation and implementation is set to UNIMPLEMENTED() that will be filled with actual implementation in later change. This extension is not enabled in any backend yet so no tests or apps should be affected. Support substituting translated shaders. Add dumpTranslatedShaders and enableTranslatedShaderSubstitution frontend ANGLE features, which allow ANGLE developers to prototype optimizations and other transforms without fully implementing them in the shader translator. Tested on macOS with ANGLE's Metal backend, but should work with the other source-level translator backends. Add documentation for pre-existing substitution of shader sources, and of translated shaders added in this CL.
