Fix function pointer mix up in OpenJPEG Change opj_j2k_* functions to take void* instead of opj_j2k_t*. Then cast the void* to opj_j2k_t* internally. This ensures the opj_j2k_* functions match the expected function signatures, when used as function pointers. Do the same of opj_jp2_* functions. Then move the code in third_party/base/bits.h into fx_memory.cpp, since that is the only caller to IsPowerOfTwo().
