IssueNo:

Description:

WantSenderStub was an empty shell class (no methods, no logic) whose only role was an intermediate base class
PendingWantRecord now inherits IRemoteStub directly, keeping the same IPC descriptor ohos.aafwk.WantSender
Drop want_sender_stub.h, its dedicated unittest want_sender_stub_test, wantsenderstub_fuzzer, and the WantSenderStub entry in libabilityms.map
Remove redundant want_sender_stub.h includes from 9 test files
WantSenderProxy and IWantSender are kept unchanged (client-side broker registration for iface_cast)
