compile_thread_worker.ts	Split the resulting abc file into several ones * Added new option: incremental; * Splitted resulting abc in simultaneous mode into several ones in simultaneous + incremental build mode. In simultaneous mode es2panda produces one abc files for N input ets files. Alongside with new option es2panda produces N abc files for N input ets files (simultaneous + incremental).
