[BUILD SYSTEM] Refactor ets2panda build system * Moved dependency analysis to separate module to use it in different build modes * Refactored TaskManager to manage different workers types (thread, process) * Refactored and simplified build system code * Implemented sequential build mode * Fixed tests. * Fixed unit tests. But mostly they are broken for now.
