[SharedGC] Add ThreadFlags for SharedCC Add PENDING_SHARED_CC_STUB_SWITCH and CC_SUSPEND flags to ThreadFlag enum in runtime_core, required by the SharedCC concurrent copying garbage collector in ets_runtime. Also update MANUALLY_HANDLED_ASYNC_COUNT in ark_js_runtime.cpp to account for the new threadTaskAsync handle added by SharedCC's InitPostTaskToThreadCallback.
