AppScope	Add Picker CAPI demo project under examples/Picker/PickerCAPI This demo showcases all Picker CAPI (NDK) components: - TextPicker with loop/haptic/style/itemHeight toggles - DatePicker with lunar/mode/canLoop/haptic toggles - TimePicker with 24h/cascade/range/style toggles - CalendarPicker with alignment/radius/date toggles - PickerContainer (API 23+) with loop/count/height toggles - EventLog system for real-time event display - Demo page switching between individual and combined views Uses NodeContent pattern (same as Dialog_C/NativeFormExample).
