config	Add build args for stack protector mode and constant merge optimization Add ohos_stack_protector (string) and ohos_mem_opt_extra build arguments in BUILDCONFIG.gn to enable per-product control via --gn-args. - ohos_stack_protector: "" (default) uses the existing stack_protector config (-fstack-protector-all); "no" uses -fno-stack-protector; "strong" uses -fstack-protector-strong. The ohos_stack_protector config in build/lite/config/BUILD.gn handles the no/strong cases. An assert rejects other values to avoid silently dropping stack protection. - ohos_mem_opt_extra: appends -fmerge-all-constants (gcc/clang) and -fsingle-precision-constant (gcc only; clang does not support it, guarded by ohos_build_compiler == "gcc").
