test	fix: correct destoryed typo to destroyed for discard destroyed traces config Rename discard_destoryed_traces (snake_case) and discardDestoryedTraces (camelCase) to discard_destroyed_traces / discardDestroyedTraces across proto, IPC, SA config, daemon, CLI and tests.
