BUILD.gn	feat: ROM optimization — cflags/ldflags/version_script for 19 .so modules Add -Oz, -fvisibility=hidden, -fvisibility-inlines-hidden, -fno-unwind-tables, -fno-asynchronous-unwind-tables cflags and -Wl,--exclude-libs,ALL ldflags to all shared library targets. Add version_script GN attribute to 13 modules to restrict symbol export. Remove hmac_sha256.cpp from relational_store.gni sources list (not in upstream). Remove unused features from bundle.json.
