fix: resolve UAF in SinkServiceInitSinkFuzzTest Add initMutex_ and isInitialized_ to DAudioSinkManager to guard Init/UnInit against concurrent or duplicate calls, and protect ipcSinkCallback_ cleanup with ipcCallbackMutex_. Remove ReleaseSink() from sinkserviceinitsink_fuzzer to avoid FFRT async tasks outliving the fuzz scope.
