base_key_mock.cpp	fix: skip backup during DoStoreAndUpdate RestoreKey flow Add needFixFiles parameter to TryRestoreKey, RestoreKey, and UpdateCeEceSeceUserAuth. In DoStoreAndUpdate flow (UpdateUserAuthByKeyType), pass needFixFiles=false to skip CheckAndFixFiles backup during RestoreKey, preventing backup inconsistency when StoreKey modifies elx content. Other flows keep default needFixFiles=true behavior unchanged. needFixFiles is independent from needSyncCandidate parameter. storage_manager_client.cpp	refactor(storage_service): migrate disk/volume management to disk_manager Remove legacy volume and disk business code from storage_manager and storage_daemon. Keep volume space statistics forwarding via DiskManagerClient and retain storage_daemon IPC backend, netlink, and process utilities required by the new architecture.
