BUILD.gn	fix(storage_service): disable LTO for storage_daemon fuzz targets Fuzz tests that compile storage_daemon_provider.cpp directly or via static libraries fail to link under thin LTO (undefined .Ltmp symbols). Add a shared no-LTO config and apply it to affected fuzz BUILD.gn files.
