为 interface_sdk-js 仓库引入 AGENTS.md 入口文件及配套知识文档，为 AI 辅助开发（Codex / Copilot 等）提供仓库结构、API 文件类型、JSDoc 规范、ArkTS 静态类型设计、多设备差异、版本号规则等结构化上下文，提升 AI 在 spec / implement 阶段的输出质量和一致性。
Introduce AGENTS.md and companion knowledge docs to provide structured context (repo structure, API file types, JSDoc rules, ArkTS static types, device models, version rules) for AI-assisted development.
