feat(fuzz): add MIDI IPC stub coverage Add MidiIpcStubFuzzTest to drive MidiServiceStub and IpcMidiInServerStub OnRemoteRequest paths. Extend MidiServiceControllerFuzzTest with deterministic controller and BLE lifecycle paths, and reset test-only controller resource state for isolation. Refactor existing BLE completion and dump statistics helpers to satisfy local CodeCheck after touching the controller file.
