Fix build errors and code cleanup for multimodal input 1. Add libinput dependency to mouse_event_normalizer target - Add libinput:libinput-third-mmi to external_deps in mouse_event_normalize/BUILD.gn 2. Remove obsolete include path - Remove ${root_out_dir}/diff_libinput_mmi/export_include from input_service_prototype_configs 3. Fix function signature changes for userId parameter - Add userId parameter to SetPointerStyle, GetPointerStyle, SetPointerColor, GetPointerColor, SetPointerSize, GetPointerSize, SetMouseIcon, SetHoverScrollState, OnInjectPointerEvent, OnInjectPointerEventExt, and other related functions - Update test files and fuzzer files accordingly 4. Add missing MockIInputServiceContext::GetSettingManager() method - Add mock method to MockIInputServiceContext class in property_name_mapper_test.cpp 5.
